C5 Pro-Solutions was awarded the role of arc flash design engineer for the review of a large industrial LV and HV existing electrical reticulation in Tasmania.

The Problem

Our client engaged C5 to undertake detailed arc flash studies through modelling validation, to assess safety compliance to the applicable standards for their existing LV and HV electrical reticulation. At the time of the engagement, the existing site’s risk associated with arc flash was not quantified. C5 was able to use our extensive expertise in practical arc flash analysis to accommodate the onsite constraints and develop an overall compliant integrated arc flash system assessment for the site.
